UHP Process

Welding

    • Fully automatic orbital welding, meeting SEMI standards for the semiconductor industry, with high precision and high-quality welds;
      
      

    • Uses high-purity carrier gas, filtered through 0.1 micron filters and gas purifiers to ensure gas purity up to 99.9999%.
      
      

Assembly

• • • ISO Class 6 or 5 / GB1000 or Class 100 cleanroom;
