5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs clearance, import duties, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other applicable charges imposed by local authorities.

Any damage, loss, or shortage must be reported to both MetriflowSolutions and the carrier within 48 hours of delivery to initiate claims.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or certain restricted destinations.
