    • FedEx, UPS, DHL, or LTL Freight (for large or heavy equipment)

  • International Shipping

    • DHL Express, FedEx International, or customer-arranged freight forwarding

  • Local Pickup (for authorized customers at our facility)


 

2. Processing Time

 

  • In-stock standard products are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after order confirmation and payment.

  • Customized products, special orders, or large systems may require additional lead time as specified in the quotation or sales agreement.

  • Customers will be notified if any delays occur.


 

3. Shipping Charges

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Exact shipping charges will be provided at the time of quotation or order confirmation.

  • Freight charges, insurance, and any additional handling fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.


 

4. Delivery and Risk of Loss

 

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon shipment from our warehouse or designated fulfillment center.

  • MetriflowSolutions is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


 

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

 

  • For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs clearance, import duties, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other applicable charges imposed by local authorities.

  • Proper documentation will be provided to assist with importation.


 

6. Shipment Inspection

 

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect all shipments upon receipt.

  • Any damage, loss, or shortage must be reported to both MetriflowSolutions and the carrier within 48 hours of delivery to initiate claims.


 

7. Delivery Exceptions

 

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or certain restricted destinations.

  • Export compliance regulations may limit the availability of some products to certain countries or end users.
