Refund Policy

At MetriflowSolutions, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and solutions. This Refund Policy explains our guidelines for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Only products purchased directly from MetriflowSolutions are eligible for return or refund.

Standard stock products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior written authorization.

Custom-built equipment, special orders, or modified products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipment errors.

Rental equipment is subject to separate rental terms and conditions.
2. Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns must be authorized in advance and assigned a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

To request an RMA, please contact our Customer Service Department at returns@metriflowsolutions.com.

Products returned without an RMA may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
3. Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for non-defective returns.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by MetriflowSolutions.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-manufactured equipment

Special orders

Consumables and replacement parts (e.g. filters, gaskets, tungsten electrodes)

Used products

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
5. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment, subject to written confirmation.

Cancellations of custom orders may incur material and labor charges for work already performed.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if any products arrive damaged or incorrect.

We will promptly work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as applicable.
