2. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified in writing.
New customers may be required to prepay their initial orders or submit a credit application for net terms consideration.
Overdue payments may be subject to a late payment charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount permitted by law.

3. Deposits

Certain custom orders, special equipment, or high-value items may require a deposit or partial prepayment prior to order processing or manufacturing.
Deposit terms will be specified in the sales agreement or quotation.

4. Taxes and Duties

Prices quoted do not include applicable sales tax, use tax, VAT, customs duties, or import/export fees.
Customers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or duties imposed by governmental authorities unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.

5. Currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Secure Payment Processing

All electronic payments are processed using secure and encrypted systems.
MetriflowSolutions does not store customer credit card information beyond the authorized transaction period, in compliance with applicable security standards.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers should contact MetriflowSolutions directly regarding any billing disputes.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or future credit restrictions.
