RG210 Series — Medium Flow Pressure Regulators
Reliable regulation for high-purity gas delivery systems.
The RG210 series from Metriflow Solutions features medium-flow diaphragm pressure regulators designed for ultra-high purity (UHP) applications, supporting inlet pressures up to 500 psi and fine-tuned outlet control across multiple ranges (50, 100, 150 psi). Available in a variety of configurations including 3/8" and 1/2" TF tube fittings, quick-connect outlets, and multiple body styles (C, K, X).
Each unit is constructed from 316L stainless steel (VIM-VAR optional), cleaned and packaged in ISO Class 5/6 cleanrooms, and helium leak tested to ≤1×10⁻⁹ atm·cc/sec. Suitable for semiconductor, electronics, and critical gas handling systems.
